This Privacy Policy shall be valid only for personal data obtained on the Website, and shall not apply to information collected by third parties on other websites, even if these are linked directly from this site.

  1. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

At RONCO we process the information provided to us mainly for the purpose of contacting interested parties for the offer and provision of our services and to respond to any queries or questions they may have.

There are other purposes for which we process your personal data:

  • To ensure compliance with the terms of use and applicable law or to support and improve the services offered by this website. This may include the development of tools and algorithms that help this website to ensure the confidentiality of personal data collected.
  • Other non-identifying data are also collected and obtained through some cookies that are downloaded to the user's computer when browsing this website. See cookies policy.
  • To manage the social networks in which RONCO has a presence. The data processing carried out on the people who become followers on the social networks of the official RONCO pages shall be governed by this section. As well as by those conditions of use, privacy policies and access regulations belonging to the social network in each case and previously accepted by the user. RONCO shall process your data for the purposes of correctly managing your presence on the social network, informing you of our activities or services, as well as for any other purpose that the regulations of the social networks allow.

Under no circumstances do we use the profiles of followers on social networks to send advertising on an individual basis.

RONCO does not sell, rent or lease personal data that may identify the user.

Accuracy and veracity of the data

As a user, you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the data you send us, exonerating RONCO from any liability in this respect. The user guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, undertaking to keep them duly updated.

Acceptance and consent

The User declares that he/she has been informed of the personal data protection conditions, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by RONCO in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy.

Commercial mail

In accordance with the LSSICE, RONCO does not engage in SPAM practices, and therefore does not send commercial e-mails by electronic means that have not been previously requested or authorised by the User. Consequently, in each of the forms on the website, the User has the possibility of giving their express consent to receive any communication that will be duly identified, regardless of the commercial information specifically requested.

  1. How long will we keep your data?

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the relationship or for as long as the relationship is deemed likely to be established or recovered. We also retain your data to comply with the requirements of applicable law, prevent unlawful actions, resolve disputes, and other actions permitted by law, i.e. for legally enforceable periods. 

Once we no longer need to process your data, we will delete and/or block it in accordance with our data retention and deletion policy and the legal statute of limitations in accordance with applicable law. After these periods we will destroy your data.

  1. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

In general terms, the legal basis for processing the personal data provided in the contact is your consent. The lawfulness of the processing may also be based on the contractual or pre-contractual relationship between the parties or on the legitimate interest of RONCO, in accordance with the applicable law.

The consent given for processing may be revoked at any time by communicating it to RONCO under the terms established in this Policy for the exercise of your rights.

When browsing the website, non-identifiable data may be collected, which may include IP addresses, geographic location (approximately), a record of how our services and sites are used, and other data that cannot be used to identify the user. Non-identifiable data also includes data related to your browsing habits through third party services detailed in the cookies section.

We may use this information to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

  1. Secrecy and data security

RONCO undertakes to use and process the data obtained, respecting their confidentiality and to use them in accordance with their purpose, as well as to comply with its obligation to store them and adapt all measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in accordance with the provisions of current data protection legislation.

RONCO shall ensure that any person authorised by our company to process the data subject's personal data (including its staff and employees) shall be bound by the obligation of confidentiality.

RONCO cannot guarantee the absolute impregnability of the Internet network and therefore the violation of the data through fraudulent access to them by third parties.

Upon becoming aware of a security breach, RONCO shall notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency, as well as the affected users, whenever possible, without undue delay and by providing timely information related to such security breach.

  1. To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The RONCO website may provide access to other websites, informing you that by clicking on such links you will be redirected to another site for which RONCO is not responsible. You should be aware that the owners of these external websites may collect, use or transfer your personal data under different conditions and terms, and we recommend that when you contact one of these websites, you inform yourself of their privacy policy, general terms of use or the use they may make of their cookies, as we cannot control the way in which these websites use the personal information you disclose.

RONCO hereby informs you that it may entrust data processing to third parties in accordance with the regulations in force, and we shall require the data processor to comply with the due data protection guarantees. The processing orders made are strictly necessary for the development of our services and the suppliers have been selected in accordance with the rights that we preserve on this website.

They will only have access to personal information that is necessary to perform their functions and may not use it for other purposes. In addition, they must treat personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

  1. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You may exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and Organic Law 3/2018, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, free of charge.

Any person has the right to withdraw consent, to request access to personal data concerning him/her, to request their rectification or erasure, to request the restriction of their processing, to object to their processing (if there is public interest or legitimate interest) and/or the right of portability.

In order to ensure that you can exercise your rights, RONCO has appointed a Data Protection Officer as your privacy officer. If you wish to claim any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, believe that your personal information has been used in a way that is not in accordance with this policy or the preferences you have specified, or if you have other questions regarding our privacy policy, you can direct your request or complaint to the following email address dp-datos@ership.com. Please include in the communication a copy of your ID card, the request you are making and your contact details for notification purposes. 

Anyone can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency via the website www.aepd.es  if they consider that their rights have not been satisfied.
